化瘀止痛散在桡骨远端骨折治疗中的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨自制制剂化瘀止痛散治疗桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法:按随机表法将200例远端桡骨骨折的患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予化瘀止痛散口服治疗,对照组给予传统常规中药成方伤科接骨片口服治疗。两组患者石膏固定后采用0~10级数字分级法(NRS)监测疼痛消失时间;并分别于第5天、第8天复诊,查看患处肿胀消退情况;分别于整复后第14、28、56天拍X线片,根据骨痂形成情况进行评分,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组疼痛缓解效果优于对照组;消肿效果在第8天后治疗组优于对照组;骨折愈合效果在用药第28天后治疗组优于对照组。结论:医院自制制剂化瘀止痛散治疗桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果确切,优于传统治疗药物,值得推广。 OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of treating distal radius fracture with our hospital self-made prepa- ration Huayu Zhitong powder. METHODS 200 patients of distal radius fracture were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was treated with Huayu Zhitong powder and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Shangke Boneknitting tablet. After plaster immobilization, pain relief time was monitored by 0-10 linear visual monitoring fuzzy evaluation method (NRS). On day 5 and 8, subsided swelling was checked. On day 14, 28 and 56, fracture healing was observed by X-ray. The three indicators were suitable to evaluate the clinical effect. RESULTS The pain relief effect of the treatment group was better than the control. Subsided swelling after 8 days of treatment and fracture healing after 28 days of treatment were also better in the treatment group. CONCLUSION Compared with traditional drug, Huayta Zhitong powder has more accurate therapeutic effect, and is worthy to be popularized and applied.
