摘要
"知识三角"生态系统观强调教育、研究和创新三大知识领域协同发展的逻辑原理。近年来,在"知识三角"逻辑驱动下,欧洲发起了新一轮大学改革浪潮,比较典型的是芬兰阿尔托大学的改革。借鉴欧洲大学改革经验,在我国高校协同创新中心建设进程中,政府应在政策上、体制上和模式上注重"知识三角"协同发展,充分发挥"知识三角"的"正外部性"效应。
The view of Knowledge Triangle ecosystem emphasizes the logical principle of collaborative devel- opment of education, research and innovation areas. In recent years, Europe has launched the new wave of univer- sity reform driven by Knowledge Triangle logic, and Aalto University in Finland is the most typical case. Borrow- ing from European university reform experiences, in the process of university collaborative innovation center con- struction in China, the government should emphasize Knowledge Triangle collaborative development at the levels of policy, system and operational model, so that bringing the effect of positive externalities of Knowledge Triangle into full play.
