摘要
摘要:目的筛选和评价华山松松塔体外抗HIV一1活性。方法采用M,rr比色法检测华山松松塔的细胞毒性;采用细胞病变法检测HIV一1感染和未感染细胞之间的融合;细胞病变法检测化合物对HIV一1急性感染的抑制活性。结果样品I一Ⅲ对C8166细胞毒性不大,cc50在656.18—744.67tzg/ml之间;I一Ⅲ对HIV一1诱导C8166细胞形成合胞体有较强的抑制作用,EC50在3.59~9.21μml之间。I一Ⅲ对HIV一1感染MT一4细胞无保护作用,其治疗指数分别为78.47、114.40、182.78。结论I一Ⅲ具有体外抗HIV一1活性,多糖含量分别为64.69%、67.14%、71.85%。
Objective To screen and evaluate the in vitro anti - HIV - 1 activities of extracts from Pinus armandii Franeh. Meth- ods The cytotoxieities of extracts from Pinus armandii Franch. were tested by MTI" assay. The fusion between of HIV - 1 infected and uninfected cells was evaluated by CPE. The anti - HIV activities of extracts in acute infection were evaluated by cytopathogen- ie effect (CPE) assay. Results I - Ill were not significantly cytotoxic in several T lymphocytes cell lines with CC50 range 656. 18 744.67 I.Lg/ml. Meantime , I - llI inhibited the cell - to - cell fusion in co - culture with ECs0 of 3.59 N 9.21 g/ml. I - Ill markedly inhibited syncytium formation with selective indexes of 78.47, 114.40and 182.78, respectively. Conclusion I - I]I show potential anti - HIV - 1 activities and the contents of polysaccharides of I -llI were 64.69% , 67.14% and 71.85%.
