摘要 为达到实时监控、工况调节、远程操作与集中管理功能,研制了矿井通风机监控系统,即在上位机系统和PLC控制系统的基础上,采用变频的方式调节风机转速,以实现风量的无级调节。该上位机系统具有在线监测和远程控制功能,能实时监测和控制通风机设备的运行;PLC控制系统与上位机通过通信电缆连接,上位机发出的控制命令最终由PLC实现。该监控系统经实际应用结果表明,具有控制精确、运行稳定可靠、自动化程度高等优点,其节能效果明显,并可实现通风机房的无人值守。 In order to achieve real time monitor, working condition adjustment, long distance operation and concentrated management, the monitoring and control system is developed based on host computer system and PLC control system. The frequency conversion method has been used to adjust the rotating speed of the fan, so the air flow rate can be regulated in non-step mode. The main functions of the PC monitoring system include on-line monitoring and remote control. The running conditions of the fan can be monitored and controlled in real-time by the system. The PLC system is connected to the PC through communication cables, and the control commands issued from PC are finally implemented by PLC system. It has shown by application that the system has the advantages of precise control, stable and reliable operation and high degree of automation, etc. Moreover, the use of the system has the effect of energy-saving obviously. Unattended operation of the fan can also be realized by using the system.
