摘要
梭车是短壁开采工作面的重要后配套设备。国产梭车在安家岭二矿投入使用以来多次出现电缆拉断的事故。从梭车结构、电缆在配套破碎机上的固定方法、缓冲电缆瞬时拉力等方面采取措施,最终使得梭车电缆变形和受力情况得到改善,保证了设备的正常运转。
The shuttle car is one of the key rear-supporting facilities for the short-wall mining face. The domestic shuttle car used in Anjialing No. 2 mine has been troubling by multiple tear of the cable. After taking measures to improving the structure of the shuttle car and the fixing method of cable to the matching crusher, and to moderating the instantaneous pull of the cable, the deformation and loading status of the cable are obviously improved. It makes sure the normal operation of the equipment.
