摘要
目的:观察柴芍六君汤加味治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证的临床疗效。方法:将100例功能性消化不良肝胃不和证患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予柴芍六君汤加味治疗,对照组给予多潘立酮片口服治疗,治疗2周后观察对比两组的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,治疗组和对照组改善胃脘部胀满效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组中医证候治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴芍六君汤加味治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证疗效显著,在改善胃脘部胀满和中医证候方面均有较好的疗效,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaishao Sixjunzi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia by disharmony between liver and stomach. Methods:The 100 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and treatment group were treated by Chaishao Sixjunzi decoction treatment, and control group were received Domperidone Tablets . The Course of treatment was 2 weeks. Resuits:In the treatment group and control group after treatment epigastric fullness curative effect comparison, the difference was statistically significance (P〈0.05) ; In the treatment group and control group after treatment compared with TCM, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Chaishao Sixjunzi Decoction had a satisfactory clinical curative effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with liver-stomach disharmony, in improving the efficacy of epigastric fullness and TCM syndrome, and no obvious adverse reaction.
