摘要
根据某化工厂生产废水浓度高、色度高、酸性强的特点 ,选择了内电解———絮凝集中预处理工艺 ,获得了较好的处理效果。该系统运行结果表明 ,在进水 pH值为 6、铁炭比为 2 :3、铁屑投加率为 6 %、聚铝投加率为 1.5%的最佳处理条件下 ,COD和色度去除率可分别达到 70 %和 80 %以上。
Wastewater from some chemical plant is of high content ,chroma and acid. On the base of these characters, 'micro electrochemical reduction coagulation' process was opted to pretreat it and better efficiency was obtained. Running results indicated that the removal rates of COD and chroma were above 70% and 80% respectively on the best influent condition of pH=6,iron:carbon=2:3,the input rate=60% and micro electrochemical reduction coagulation was used as 1.5%.
