摘要
采用分散蓝2BLN对华陀丝纤维针织面料进行高温高压染色,探讨渗透剂和分散剂的用量、染色温度和时间、浴比以及pH值对华陀丝纤维针织面料的上染率和K/S值的影响。优化的染色工艺为,分散蓝2BLN 0.6%(omf),渗透剂JFC 2 g/L,浴比1∶20,分散剂NNO 1 g/L,染色温度135℃,保温时间50 min,pH值5.5;结果显示,染色华陀丝针织面料的耐洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度达到4级以上,能够满足服用要求。
High temperature high pressure dyeing of anti-bacterial fiber(WATOS) knits is carried out with disperse dyes. The effects of dosages of penetrant and dispersant, dyeing time and temperature, bath ratio and pH value on dye uptake and K/S value of WATOS knits are studied. The optimal process is determined as follows: Disperse Blue 2BLN 0.6%, penetrant JFC 2 g/L, dispersant NNO 1 g/L,dyeing at 135 ℃ for 50 min, bath ratio 1 : 20, and the pH value 5.5. The fastness to washing, perspiration and rubbing of the dyeings are all above Grade 4.
