摘要 In this paper, an efficient synthesis of cyclopentenyl ketones and cyclohexenyl ketones through tertiary phosphine catalyzed [3 + 2] and [4 + 2] annulations of 1,2-allenic ketones with activated alkenes has been developed. Compared with published synthetic methods on cyclopentenyl ketones and cyclohexenyl ketones, the protocols developed in this paper have the advantages such as readily available starting materials, mild reaction conditions and high efficiency.   • 9General procedure for the oxidation of homopropargyl alcohols to 1,2-allenic ketones. To a solution containing propargyl alcohol (1 retool) and CrO3 (0.05 mrnol) in CH2C12 ( 10 mL) was added TB HP (3 mmol) at room temperature. The mixture was then put into a commercially available single-mode microwave synthesis apparatus equipped with a high sensitivity infrared sensor for temperature control and measurement (MAS-I, Sineo Microwave Chemical Technology Co. Ltd., Shanghai, P.R. China) and irradiated at 300 W (internal temperature 40 ~C) for the time period listed in Table 2. Upon completion, the mixture was filtered over Celite.
