摘要
用活性炭-凹凸棒复合滤料吸附水中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),考察了滤料投加量,吸附时间,DBP初始浓度,溶液初始pH和温度的影响,研究了活性炭-凹凸棒复合滤料对DBP的吸附等温线,探讨了该滤料吸附DBP的可行性。结果表明,在温度25℃,pH9,振荡时间12h的条件下,0.5g活性炭-凹凸棒滤料可使100mL浓度为5mg·L-1的DBP去除率达94%以上。25℃下的活性炭-凹凸棒滤料的饱和吸附量为1.75mg·g-1。吸附过程包括化学吸附和物理吸附,符合Langmuir等温吸附方程和伪二级动力学方程。实验证明活性炭-凹凸棒复合滤料是吸附去除水中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的有效方法。
A series of experiments were carried on adsorption of dibutyl phthalate (DBP) by activated carbon-attapulgite composite filter from aqueous solution. The influence of filter dosage,adsorption time,initial concentration of DBP,initial pH of solution and temperature were studied. The adsorption isotherm line of activated carbon-attapulgite composite filter to DBP were researched. And discussed feasibility of the adsorption. The results showed that the DBP removal rate of 0.5g activated carbon-attapulgite composite filter to 100mL 5mg/L DBP reached above 94%under the condition of 25℃,pH9,12h. The theoretical saturation adsorption amount of activated carbon-attapulgite composite filter was 1.75mg/g at 25 ℃ . The adsorption process included chemical adsorption and physical adsorption,it was accorded with Langmuir adsorption isotherm and Pseudo-second-order reaction. The experiments showed that the activated carbon-attapulgite composite filter was an effective method for adsorbing dibutyl phthalate from aqueous solution.
