超敏C反应蛋白水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉造影病变程度与血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)水平的关系。方法选择2010年3月~2013年2月本院心内科收治的临床可疑冠心病患者282例,同时进行冠状动脉造影检查及超敏c反应蛋白的测定,并进行比较分析。结果冠心病组血清hs—CRP水平显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);冠状动脉病变支数各组(由单支到多支)hs—CRP水平呈递增趋势,各组差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05);冠脉狭窄各组血清hs—CRP水平较对照组明显增高(P〈0.05),且随冠状动脉狭窄程度加重,血清hs-CRP增高明显,各组问比较均有显著性差异(P〈O.05);Spearman秩相关分析表明,hs—CRP与冠状动脉病变支数和狭窄程度均呈正相关(P〈0.05),相关系数分别为0.175,0.173。结论hs—CRP水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度有相关性,随着冠状动脉病变程度加重,hs—CRP水平显著增高。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the intensity of coronary artery lesions and the level of highsensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP). Methods A total of 282 suspective patients were performed coronary artery angiography. The levels of hs-CRP and the intensity of coronary artery disorder were recorded. Results The level of hs-CRP in CHD group was markedly higher than that in normal group(P 〈 0.05).The levels of hs-CRP in 2 branch and 3 branch lesions subgroup were markedly higher than that in single branch subgroup(P 〈 0.05).The levels of hs-CRP increased with index of coronary arterial lesion(P 〈 0.05).The levels hs-CRP levels were positively correlated with the extent and index of coronary arterial lesion(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Hs-CRP increase along with aggravation in the severity of coronary lesion.
