心内科临床护理实习生带教的创新方法分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对心内科临床护理实习生带教的创新方法及临床效果进行分析。方法选取我院心内科2011年2月~2013年2月期间实习88名实习生随机分为研究组与对照组,对照组实习生采用传统带教方式,研究组实习生采用心内科“5个制度、1个会议、1本专科实习手册的511带教方法”,比较两组带教效果。结果研究组实习生技能及理论考试成绩明显优于对照组,数据比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组实习生对带教满意度亦明显大于对照组,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论根据心内科科室实际情况不断创新带教方法、完善带教体制,对于提高实习生综合能力有着重要作用。 Objective To analyze the innovative method and clinical effect for teaching of interns of clinical nursing in the department of cardiology. Methods 88 interns in the department of cardiology of this hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were randomly divided into the research group and control group.Interns in the control group received the traditional teaching method,while interns in the research group received "511 teaching method" (namely 5 systems,1 conference and I internship handbook) of department of cardiology.Teaching effect of these two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Interns in the research group performed better in scores of skill and theoretical examination than ones in the control group,with the statistical significance(P 〈 0.05).Interns in the research group were more satisfactory with the teaching than ones in the control group,with the statistical significance(P (0.05). Conclusion The constant innovation of teaching method and improvement of teaching system according to the practical situation of department of cardiology will be of critical importance for promoting the comprehensive abilities of interns.
