摘要
目标:测试康复超声成像技术测量健康青年腹部肌肉厚度及其信度。方法:健康青年30例,使用康复超声成像技术测量腹部腹外斜肌、腹内斜肌和腹横肌在放松仰卧位的厚度。由初学测试者A和有经验测试者B分别进行测量,其中初学测试者A在3d后重复测试一次。计算组内相关系数(ICC)和最小检测变化值(MDC)。结果:初学测试者A的重复性测量信度均为优秀(ICC>0.90);最小检测变化值在0.03—0.09cm之间,显示测量误差较小;不同施测者间信度分析均为好(0.75<ICC<0.90);左右两侧腹外斜肌、腹内斜肌与腹横肌肌肉厚度皆无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:康复超声技术可以准确、有效测量腹外斜肌、腹内斜肌和腹横肌的厚度,健康青年左右两侧的肌群厚度对称。
Objective: To investigate the reliability of rehabilitative ultrasound imaging for measuring the thickness of exter- nal oblique, internal oblique and transversus abdominis muscles in healthy youth. Method: Thirty healthy youth were recruited to measure the abdominal muscles thickness with rehabilitative ul- trasound imaging by two therapists, one of the raters re-tested 3d later. The interclass correlation coefficient (ICC) and minimum detectable change(MDC) were calculated. Result: The intra- and inter-rater reliabilities of muscle thickness measurement were excellent (ICC 〉 0.90); the MDC ranged from 0.03cm to 0.09cm; different inter-rater reliabilities were well (0.75 〈 ICC 〈 0.90); There was no significant difference between left and right sides for all abdominal muscles (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation ultrasound technology can be used to measure external oblique, oblique and transver- sus abdominis muscles thickness in healthy youth accurately and effectively, the abdominal muscles thicknesses of both left and right sides of healthy youth are symmetrical.
