摘要
通过采用宏观断口分析、金相显微组织分析、化学成分分析、断口电镜扫描及材料拉伸、冲击、硬度测试等手段,对某化工厂6M50-290/320-I-BX型号氮氢气压缩机曲轴断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,该氮氢气压缩机曲轴断裂属于高周疲劳断裂;压缩机曲轴表面氮化层存在裂纹是导致曲轴发生疲劳断裂的主要原因,而曲轴未经调质处理是曲轴疲劳强度下降的重要原因之一。
The fracture failure of nitrogen hydrogen gas compressor was investigated by macroscopic and microstructure analysis, chemical composition analysis, SEM fracture analysis, tensile, impact and hardness test. The results show that fracture of crankshaft in the nitrogen hydrogen compressor belongs to high-cycle fatigue fracture. Existence of crack in nitration case external of compressor crankshaft is the main reason that results in the fatigue fracture of crankshaft, while without thermal refining is one of the substantial causes that leads to the decrease of crankshaft fatigue strength.
