Advances of posterior vertebral subtraction osteotomy for tethered cord syndrome
摘要
脊髓拴系综合衙（tetheredcordsyndrome，TCS）是南于脊髓末端受到异常的纵向牵拉而产生的一组症候群。多种先天及后天疾病均可导致脊髓被牵拉至腰骶部，常见的症状和体征包括下肢运动感觉障碍、腰痛、会阴部感觉异常、大小便异常、性功能障碍等。外科干预是阻止症状进一步加重的唯一方法。手术的目的是解除脊髓异常牵托儿．缓解神经症状。传统的方法为拴系松解术。
