摘要
通过对影响公务员个体行政行为的社会因素和个体因素进行分析,基于双因素理论视角对公务员个体行政行为进行研究,指出我国政府在改善公务员个体行政行为方面应着力于提升公务员个体的新媒介素养、职业认同感,完善公务员队伍的奖励机制以及加强对公务员的行政权力监督。
According to the analysis of social and personal factors affecting the administrative behavior of a civil servant, the administrative behavior of a civil servant is dealt with from the perspective of two-factor theory. It is suggested that the current China's government should try to enhance the professional identity of a civil servant, improve incentives for civil servants, and promote the new media literacy of civil servant.
