摘要
以江苏省无锡市农贸市场为研究对象,通过大量调查问卷分析了人们对农贸市场食品安全的认知和行为方式,利用LOGISTIC模型从消费者和零售者视角分析农贸市场食品安全风险的主要来源,在剖析其原因的基础上,探讨了构建食品安全长效机制的对策建议,以期对我国农贸市场更好发展提供有益思路。
Taking the Jiangsu province Wuxi city farmers market as the research object,this article analyses cognition and behavior of people on food safety market through 380 questionnaires analysis.It analyses mainly influence of food safety market factors from the perspective of consumers and retailers by use of logistic model.Based on the analysis of its reasons,it discusses the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to build a long-term mechanism of food safety in order to provide useful ideas for better market development in china.
