摘要
针对国内目前多功能电解用起重机定位精度低、容易走偏等特点,将BPS自动定位技术应用于多功能电解铜绝缘起重机,实现起重机位置闭环监控,主要创新点为(2项专利):起重机自动定位、起重机大车自动纠偏,可提高起重机的定位精度,具有方便、快捷、易操作、安全、高效等特性。
In view of the domestic low current electrolytic multifunctional crane positioning precision,easy to deviate, etc,BPS automatic positioning technology is applied to the multi-function electrolytic copper insulation crane,achieving the crane position closed loop monitoring. The main innovation points include crane automatic positioning and cart automatic deviation correcting,both of which belong patent technologies. The crane with BPS automatic positioning technology fea-tures improved positioning accuracy,easy to operate,and safe and efficient operation.
