摘要
阐述了液压系统故障诊断的特点和现状,对BP神经网络的结构、训练方法和算法流程进行了说明,并由此建立了某型叉车的故障诊断模型。将该型叉车液压系统的经验故障诊断特征库转化为可以被神经网络模型利用的样本数据,并利用Matlab软件进行了仿真实验,验证其收敛性能达到相关要求。
The paper describes the characteristics of fault diagnosis for the hydraulic system and its current situations, and presents the structure,training method,and algorithm flow of BP neural network.The fault diagnosis model for certain forklift is built based on this.The fault diagnosis feature library of the forklift hydraulic system can be converted to the sam-ple data available for neural network model,with the simulation test by Matlab.It’s verified that the convergence perform-ance is up to related requirements.
