摘要
在表面活性剂催化作用下,以水为溶剂、PVA(聚乙烯醇)和丁醛为主要原料,制备了PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)。着重探讨了表面活性剂类型、反应温度、硫酸用量和丁醛/PVA质量比等对PVB产量和缩醛度的影响。研究结果表明:当表面活性剂为SDS(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)、m(SDS)=0.2 g、m(硫酸催化剂)=2.8 g、m(丁醛)∶m(PVA)=6.0∶10.0和55℃反应3 h时,PVB的粘连结块问题可得到有效解决,并且PVB缩醛度为52%、PVB产量为13.0 g和丁醛利用率为66%;以PVB作为环氧树脂(EP)胶粘剂的柔韧改性剂、六亚甲基四胺为固化剂,当m(PVB)∶m(EP)=35∶100时,相应胶粘剂对2 mm厚铝板的剥离强度(12.85 N/cm)和拉伸剪切强度(6.87 MPa)相对最大。
With water as solvent, PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) and hutyrahlehyde as main raw materials, the PVB (polyvinyl butyral) was prepared under catalysis of surfactant. The influences of surfaetant types, reaction temperatures, sulfuric acid contents, and mass ratio of m (butyraldehyde): m(PVA) on yields and aeelalization degrees of PVB were emphatically diseussed. The research results showed thai the PVB ' s adhesion caking problem could be effectively solved, and PVB's aeetalization degree and yield were 52% and 13.0 g respectively, and hutyrahtehyde utilization rate was 66% when surfaetant was SDS (sodium dodeeyl benzene sulfonate), mass of SDS was 0.2 g, mass of sulfuric acid catalyst was 2.8 g, mass ratio of m(butyraldehyde):m(PVA) was 6.0: 10.0, reaction temperature and time were 55 ℃ and 3 h respectively. With PVB as flexible modifier of EP(epoxy resin) adhesive, hexamethylene tetramine as curing agent, so the corresponding adhesive had the relatively maximal peeling strength( 12.85 N/era) and tensile shear strength (6.87 MPa) when mass ratio of m (PVB) : m(EP) was 35: 100, and the glued base material was an aluminum plate with 2 mm thick.
