摘要 针对锦纶经编布用酸性染料经轴染色易出现内外层色差、染花等问题,采用坯布高温预定形,并对卷布密度、染色流量、染色温度、匀染剂、pH值等工艺参数进行优化,得出最佳工艺条件,测试其色差和色牢度情况。结果表明,最佳染色工艺条件:190℃预定形20~30 s,选定打卷密度0.33 kg/m3,设定染色流量240 m3/h ,染色温度为95℃,加入匀染剂M 2 g/L,用有机释酸剂VS控制染浴pH值。优化后工艺可有效控制锦纶经编布染色层差,染色效果理想,各项牢度指标均达到要求。 According to the color difference between face side and back and unevenly dyeing problems in nylon warp knitted fabric’s warp beam dyeing with acid dyes, gray fabric high temperature presetting method was used, and the density of the cloth roll, dyeing flow rate, dyeing temperature, leveling agent, pH value and other techno-logical parameters were investigated and the optimum conditions were obtained. Then the color difference and fast-ness were tested. The results show that the optimum dyeing conditions are: the presetting temperature and time is 190 ℃ and 20~30 s, the selected density of cloth roll is 0.33 kg/m3, the selected rate of dyeing flow is 240 m3/h, the dyeing temperature is 95 ℃, the concentration of levelling agent M is 2 g/L, and control dye bath pH value with organic acid release agent VS. The optimized process could effectively control the color difference problems in nylon tricot warp dyeing, and the effect of the dying method is acceptable, the fastness indicators can completely meet the requirements of dyeing process.
