摘要
波涌阀以水力为其驱动力,主要用于水利、节水灌溉,由于本身结构的特点和安装环境的限制,出现了灌溉水在阀腔间和轴向泄漏量较大的现象。根据所建立的泄漏量公式,应用Matlab优化工具箱,以泄漏量最小为目标函数,以密封面两端压力差、密封面间摩擦力、密封面流量和O型圈胶料的硬度为边界约束条件,建立优化数学模型,进行优化设计,并对优化结果进行分析。
Surge valve which takes water power as driving force is used to irrigate and water saving,because the structure char-acteristics and the limitation of the installation environment , irrigation water appeared larger leakage phenomenon between the valve chamber and axial.According to the established formula of leakage, an optimum mathematical model is established by Matlab toolbox, choosing minimize leakage as the objective function, taking seal surface pressure gradient, friction between the sealing surface and sealing surface flow and O-ring compound hardness as the boundary conditions,the mathematical model is established and optimally designed,the optimal results are analyzed.
