摘要
本文在基于普通大学会计专业毕业生职业选择的关键因素的研究基础上,采用问卷调查方式,以台湾地区大专技职会计专业学生为研究对象,通过应用叙述统计、因素分析、Mann-Whitney检定、Kruskal-Wallis等级变异数分析及Dunn事后多重比较分析等方法,探讨其职业选择之关键因素。结果表明,受访者认为发展潜力、知名度、起薪及调薪幅度等是最重要的因素。
Based on the study of key factors in career choice of accounting majors in universities, this paper uses questionnaire and a few analytical methods to probe into key factors in career choice of 2-year Accounting majors in Taiwan＇s universities. The results show that potential of the company, reputation of the company and salary are the three most important factors Accounting majors consider in their choice of jobs.
