摘要
本文通过对矿热炉串联补偿性能的分析研究,说明了矿热炉串联补偿方式可有效地提高功率因数,大幅度提高矿热炉入炉功率,可使电炉的产量提高30% ~40%,单产能耗有明显的下降.并对串联补偿方式的稳定性和可靠性进行了分析研究,电容器不用承受频繁操作带来的冲击,同时电容器不用分组,大大降低了产品的成本.
In this paper, the performance of the series capacitor compensation of the submerged arc furnace is analyzed and studied. It is shown that the series capacitor compensation of the submerged arc furnace can compensate effectively power factor, improve effective power significantly, enhance effective output of the furnace by 30%-40% and decrease significantly per unit yield energy con- sumption. The stability and the reliability of series compensation mode are analyzed. The capacitor neither needs to bear the impact due to frequent operation nor to group and the cost of the product reduces significantly.
