摘要 填充型导电硅橡胶是一种同时拥有良好导电性能和物理性能的复合材料,在航空、电子等领域展示了广泛的应用前景。介绍了炭系、金属系、微/纳米体系、并用体系导电填料的添加对导电硅橡胶复合材料导电性能及物理机械性能的影响。指出了导电填料的种类、含量以及改性工艺对导电硅橡胶导电-物理性能的影响程度。阐述了研究进展状况,并对导电复合材料的未来研究方向提出了展望。 Filled conductive silicon rubber material has good electrical conductivity and physical properties, it shows a wide range of application in the,aerospace, electronics and other fields. The influence of the conductivity and physical properties from carbon-based, mental-based, micro/nano system, blending filler systemes were introduced respectively. The influence degree of the conductivity and physical properties by different types or content of the filler and the modification process of the conductive silicone rubber were pointed out. The research progress was elaborated, and the future research trend of conducive composite were put forward.
