摘要
金属纤维多孔材料是一类重要的吸声材料,采用驻波管法检测钛纤维多孔材料的空气声吸收系数,研究材料的孔隙度、纤维直径以及材料厚度等参数对吸声性能的影响,结果表明,钛纤维多孔材料具有较好的吸声性能,材料的孔隙度越高、纤维越细,材料的吸声性能越好,在材料背后设置空气层可显著改善其低频吸声性能,材料背后的空气层厚度越大,材料的低频吸声性能越好.
Metal fiber porous materials are a kind of important sound-absorbing materials. The air acous- tic absorption coefficients of titanium fiber porous materials have been detected by standing wave tube method. The influences of material parameters such as porosity, fiber diameter and thickness on the sound absorption performance have been studied. The results indicate that the titanium porous fiber ma terial used in the experiment has good absorption properties. The higher the porosity and the finer the fiber, the better the absorption properties of materials. The air layer set behind the material can signifi- cantly improve the low frequency sound absorption performance. The thicker the air layer behind materi- al, the better the performance of low frequency absorption in material.
