摘要
长期以来受城乡二元结构的影响,我国农村学前教育与城市学前教育相比明显处于弱势,从而造成农村幼儿园教师专业发展需求的缺失,具体表现在物质需要缺失、客观条件缺失、内部动力缺失等方面。只有进一步改善农村幼儿园教师生存和专业发展的内外部环境,社会的要求才能转化为农村幼儿园教师个体的专业需要。为此,应努力提高农村学前教师的素质,保障其社会地位和物质精神需求,以确保农村学前教育健康发展。
Affected by the urban and rural dual structure, the rural, preschool education in China compared with urban preschool education is clearly at a disadvantage leading to the lack of rural preschool teachers' professional development needs. The rural preschool teachers lack the necessary material base, growth objective conditions and internal motivation. Therefore, rebuilding their professional development needs is very important.
