Study on Ore Drawing Model and its Application in Non-pillar Sublevel Caving Method

摘要 推导了无底柱分段崩落法放矿过程中各放矿指标的定量关系,确定了当次出矿质量系数、出矿品位、矿石回收系数、贫化率与出矿系数的理论模型,通过室内物理模拟实验验证和现场放矿实验的修正,对其适用性进行了分析。该模型描述了无底柱分段崩落法矿山放矿指标的动态关联规律,为生产现场的截止品位控制提供了理论依据。 In this paper, quantitative relationship of every ore drawing indexes during non-pillar sublevel caving was de- rived, and the theory model including ore drawing quality co- efficient, grade, recovery coefficient, dilution and ore drawing coefficient was established. Through validation of indoor physical simulation experiment and correction of field draw- ing test, its applicability was analyzed. The model further described the dynamic association rule of ore drawing indexes in non-pillar sublevel caving method, and provided theoreti- cal reference for controlling the cut-off grade in production.
