摘要
在高速凸轮机构中,高副接触处的动力学特性比较复杂,精确分析与设计都比较困难。通过建立高速共轭凸轮机构的刚柔耦合模型,对纯刚体模型和刚柔耦合模型的运动仿真结果进行比较,分析机构中推杆的弹性变形对推杆输出运动的影响;同时对凸轮进行模态分析,为评判凸轮机构的实际工况提供理论依据。利用Adams和Abaqus联合仿真使得理论分析的结果更为全面。
The dynamic characteristics of higher-pair in high- speed cam mechanism are very complex. So it is difficult to analyze and design accurately. The article builds the rigid-flexible coupled model of the mechanism on the basis of Adams and Abaqus to research the influence of the elastic deformation of components to the output dynamic characteristics;it also finishes the modal analysis of the cam to judge the actual working condition of the cam mechanism. The co-simulation with Adams and Abaqus could improve the validity of the simulation result and overcome defects when using them separately, which provides a new design idea for high-speed conjugate cam mechanism.
