摘要
阐述了"莫比乌斯带"单面性的特点,分析了它应用于带传动的合理性;根据莫比乌斯带的长度、宽度、厚度及材质等参数,采集真实模型的点坐标获得22个关键点,在ANSYS中自下而上建立了莫比乌斯带的几何模型,划分网格建立了合理的有限元模型,施加约束及载荷,计算带中的应力及变形,与相同尺寸的普通平带作了对比。结果表明:莫比乌斯带应用于带传动有着重要的实用研究意义。
In the article the unifaciality of Mobius Band and the reason of using Mobius Band as belt transmission are elaborated. Due to the fact that the shape of Mobius Band varies with length, width,thickness and the material of the band ,therefore the geometric model of Mobius Band in ANSYS is buih from bottom to top via 22 key points attained from the real model. The deformation and stresses in Mobius Band are contrasted with those in flat hand after meshing, applying constraints and loads. Through comparing the results obtained above,the important practical study significance of utilizing Mobius Band in belt transmission is manifested thoroughly.
