摘要
近年来,随着低碳理念的逐步发展,低碳住宅应运而生。然而,由于增量成本较高,低碳住宅面临供给能力不足、需求能力有限等一系列困难与挑战。以天津"团泊湖心岛"项目的规划建设为例,从成本收益分析的角度探讨当前我国低碳住宅发展缓慢的解决途径,以正确判断低碳住宅的经济效益,为国内低碳地产的发展提供有益的启示。
In recent years, with the gradual development of low-carbon concept, low-carbon residential buildings came into being. However, because of the high incremental cost, the development of low-carbon residential buildings faces with a series of difficulties and challenges such as a lack of supply, demand and limited capacity. Based on the study of the cost-benefit analysis of low-carbon residential buildings, the paper tries to recover the solution of the slow development of China's low-carbon residential buildings with a real case analysis on the "Tuanbo Lake Island" project, thus we can correctly judge the economic value of low-carbon residential building. The conclusion may be a apocalypse on the development of domestic low-carbon estate.
