摘要
目的了解本地区汉族人群中MN及P血型系统的表型分布频率。方法试管法检测1 013名大样本健康体检者红细胞上M、N、P1血型抗原,根据红细胞凝集与否判定被检者MN及P血型表型。结果男性501名,其中M表型133名、N表型211名、MN表型157名,P1型192名、P2型309名;女性512名,M表型126名、N表型212名、MN表型174名,P1型183名、P2型329名。结论本地区汉族人群中MN血型的表型分布频率依次为N、MN和M,P血型中P2型分布频率明显高于P1型,MN及P血型系统中各表型分布无性别间差异(P>0.05)。
Objective To survey the phenotypic distribution frequency of MN and P blood group system in the Han population of Taixing area for a basic prospective research of general application of MN and P blood group in clinical transfusion. Methods M,N and P1 blood group antigens on red blood cells of 1 013 healthy physical examination takers was tested by tube test,and the phenotype of MN and P blood group was determined on whether hemagglutination occurs or not. Results 133 of S01 male appeared type M,211 appeared type N,157 appeared type MN,192 appeared type P1 and 309 appeared type P2;126 of 512 female appeared type M,212 appeared type N,174 appeared type MN,183 appeared type P1 and 329 appeared type P2. Conclusion The result suggested that in the Han population of Taixing area, the phenotypic distribution frequency of MN blood group is N, MN and M respectively in descending order, the distribution frequency of P2 is significantly higher than P1 among P blood group, and each phenotype of MN and P blood group system distributes with no difference between male and female( P 〉 0. 05 ).
