OrVil技术结合经肛拖出式切除在早期低位直肠癌腹腔镜保肛手术中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 OrVil系统是一种将吻合器钉砧头与胃管相连装置,设计用于经口用胃管将钉砧头带入食管下切端,与残胃或空肠内吻合器吻合.我们借鉴OrVil装置作用原理,自2011年6月至2012年12月对6例早期低位直肠癌患者应用OrVil技术结合经肛拖出式切除行腹腔镜保肛手术,取得较好疗效,现报道如下.
