摘要
"十二五生物产业发展规划"中明确提出加快推进生物产业高端化、规模化、国际化发展。我国高水平的生物产业研发机构严重不足,是限制高端生物产业发展的瓶颈。随着我国产学研协同创新的逐步深入,产业技术创新战略联盟、产业技术研究院、公共技术服务平台、研发服务企业等组织应运而生,为建设适应高端生物产业发展的研发组织提供了参考模式。
“The twelve five-year plan”proposed to accelerate the high-end,scale and internationalization development of bio-industry. The research and development institutions of bio-industry were serious shortage in china,which would restrict the development of the high-end bio-industry. According to the gradual development of industry-university-research institute,the industry technology innovation strategic alliance,the industrial technology research institute, public technology service platform, research and development service enterprise arised at the moment,and it provided reference model of adapting to the high-end bio-industry development on research and development organization.
