miR-200c在肿瘤发生发展中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 MicroRNA(缩写为miRNA或miR)是一类新发现的非编码单链RNA,由约22个核苷酸组成.它们广泛存在于动植物的真核细胞中,主要通过降解靶mRNA或者抑制其翻译,从而调节细胞分化、增殖和凋亡,参与胚胎发育、机体代谢和肿瘤发生发展等过程.越来越多的证据证明miRNA在不同肿瘤组织间存在异常表达,而且miRNA的表达与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移和预后等有关.miR-200c作为miR-200家族中重要成员之一,主要调控上皮间质转化(epithelial mesenchymal transition,EMT)过程,在多数肿瘤的发生及转移过程中发挥重要的作用.
