摘要
杭州西子国际项目为杭州市城市综合体项目,其中三栋主楼均由两栋不等高塔楼错合连体而成,呈L形。其独特的连体造型及复杂的功能导致结构多项规则性指标超限。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,对结构进行了小震弹性、中震弹性和中震不屈服验算,以及大震下的弹塑性分析。并提出相应的结构抗震措施,保证结构能够实现预期的抗震性能目标。
Hangzhou Xizi International Project is an urban complex project in Hangzhou. All of three main buildings are L-shaped buildings that consist of two connected towers with different-heigbt. The complex function and special shape of the towers lead the structural regularity indexes to be out-of-code, so performance-based seismic design method was adopted. Performances of the structure were verified based on bearing capacity and deformation under different levels, including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, unyielding and elastic analysis under intermediate earthquake, and elastic- plastic analysis under rare earthquake. Series of structural measures were suggested to accomplish the expected seismic performance objectives.
