摘要
目的:研究金茵清热口服液的HPLC指纹图谱测定方法。方法:采用HPLC方法测定金茵清热口服液,色谱柱WATERS AtlantisT3(150 mm×4.6 mm,3μm);流动相A:0.05%磷酸溶液;流动相B:乙腈,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:254 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:0.8 ml·min^(-1)。结果:标示出金茵清热口服液15个共有峰,并确证3个已知峰为绿原酸、栀子苷、丹酚酸B。结论:本次HPLC指纹图谱为金茵清热口服液的质量控制提供了更全面的信息。
Objective : To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the fingerprint of Jinyin Qingre oral liquids. Meth- ods: The chromatographic conditions included a column of WATERS Atlantis 13 (150 mm ×4.6 mm,3 μm) , the mobile phase A of 0.05% phosphoric acid solution and the mobile phase B of acetonitrile with gradient elution, the flow rate of 0. g ml·min^-1, the de- tection wavelength of 254nm, and the column box temperature of 30℃. Results: Totally 15 peaks were shown including chlorogenic acid, geniposide and salvianolic acid B in the HPLC fingerprint of Jinyin Qingre oral liquids. Conclusion: The method can provide more information for the quality control of Jinyin Qingre oral liquids.
