摘要
一直以来医院被医疗纠纷问题所困扰,近年来医患关系日益紧张,医疗环境逐渐恶化,打杀医务工作者的事件频频发生,中国医生人身安全受到严重威胁,已经严重挫伤了医务人员工作的积极性,势必会给医疗行业发展带来负面影响。医疗纠纷已成为国内外重要公共卫生问题,近年来已经引起了医学界、政府乃至全社会的广泛关注,各地政府也相继推进医疗纠纷调解机构的建设。笔者分析了医疗纠纷产生的原因分析及管理对策,希望尽量避免或减少医疗纠纷,共建和谐医疗环境。
The hospital has always been plagued by the problems of medical disputes, the doctor-patient relationship has become more and more tense in recent years. As the gradual deterioration of the health care environment, events of violent injury to the medical staff has happened again and again and the physicians are under a serious threat of personal safety in China, which has seriously dampened the enthusiasm of medical staff, and will bring a negative impact on the development of the medical industry. Medical disputes problems has already become an important public health problem in domestic and abroad in recent years, and has attracted wide attention of the medical profession, the government and the whole society, local governments have also promote the construction of medical dispute resolution mechanism. The author analyzes the arising reasons of medical disputes and relevant management countermeasures, and hope to avoid or reduce medical disputes and build a harmonious medical environment.
