摘要
以1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体和水的混合液作为反应溶剂,采用油浴锅加热合成了ZnS:Cu纳米晶。分别利用XRD、TEM、荧光光谱仪对其物相、形貌及光学性能进行研究。结果表明:ZnS:Cu纳米晶为立方相闪锌矿结构,平均粒度为25 nm左右。随着反应温度的增加,其荧光强度先增加后降低,在200℃时,ZnS:Cu纳米晶荧光强度最强。随着Cu离子质量分数的增加其荧光强度先增加后降低,当Cu离子质量分数达到2%时,荧光强度达到最强。
ZnS:Cu nanocrystals are synthesized with 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium ionic liquids and water mixture as the reaction solvent by oil bath heating method.The phase,size and luminescent properties of the nanocrystals are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and fluorescence photometer.The results show that ZnS:Cu nanocrystals are about 25 nm and have a cubic zinc blende crystal structure.As the reaction temperature increases,the fluorescence intensity increases and then decreases.ZnS:Cu nanocrystals have the strongest luminescent performance at 200℃.Increasing Cu ion concentration,the fluorescence intensity increases and then decreases as well.ZnS:Cu nanocrystals have the strongest luminescent performance when Cu ions doping amount is 2%.
