碳钢连续-脉冲激光焊接工艺对比实验研究 被引量:5

Experiment Study of Carbon Steel Continuous-Pulsed Laser Welding Process

摘要 采用脉冲激光和光纤激光分别对碳钢进行激光焊接工艺研究。通过优化焊接工艺参量,均可以得到较好的焊接焊缝,而且焊缝的显微硬度均大于母材。对两种不同类型激光焊接的焊缝形貌、微观组织、显微硬度进行对比分析,发现光纤激光焊接的外观更平整,焊缝质量更好,焊缝组织的显微硬度提高了43%。 Utilized pulsed-laser and optic-laser respectively to study the laser welding process. Through optimized welding process, each welding pattern can achieve an excellent quality of welding joint, and all the micro hardness is stronger than the base mental. After comparing their microstructures and micro hardness under the two different types' laser welding pattern, it shows that fiber laser welding is more ideal, the joint feature is more smooth, the quality is more excellent, and the micro hard- ness even increases by 43%.
