摘要
目的探讨整合素αⅤ亚基在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法检测整合素αⅤ亚基在19例正常结直肠黏膜、14例增生性息肉、26例结直肠腺瘤及209例结直肠腺癌中的表达。分析结直肠癌组织中整合素αⅤ亚基表达与患者性别、肿瘤分化、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、复发和生存的相关性。结果整合素αⅤ亚基在正常结直肠黏膜及增生性息肉中呈阴性,结直肠腺瘤及结直肠腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为11.5%和57.4%。结直肠癌组织中整合素αⅤ亚基表达与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、患者的复发和生存情况密切相关。整合素αⅤ亚基阳性者5年生存率明显低于阴性者。结论整合素αⅤ亚基在结直肠癌组织中的表达对结直肠癌诊断及判定预后具有重要的临床病理学意义。
Purpose To determine the expression of integrin αV in colorectal carcinomas and its clinical pathological significance. Methods The expression of integrin αV was detected in 19 cases of nomlal colorectal mueosa, 14 cases of hyperplastic polyp, 26 ca- ses of colorectal adenoma and 209 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma by EnVision immunohistoehemical stain. We also analyzed the correlations between the expression of integrin αV in colorectal carcinomas and patients＇ sex, tumor differentiation, lymph node me- tastasis, TNM stage, recurrence and survival. Results The expression of integrin αV was negative in normal colorectal mucosa and hyperplastic polyp. However, the expression rate of integrin αV in colorectal adenoma and colorectal adenoearcinoma were 11.5% and 57.4% , respectively. In colorectal adenocarcinoma, a significant association was observed between integrin αV expression and tumor differentiation, invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. Additionally, 5-year survival rate of the patients with integrin αV positive expression was significantly lower than that the patients with integrin αV negative expression. Conclusion In colorectal ade- noearcinoma, integrin αV expression has important clinical significance for the diagnosis and evaluation of prognosis.
