孔形对铝合金阳极氧化膜耐蚀性能的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Pores Shape on Corrosion Resistance of Anodic Oxidation Film for Al Alloy

摘要 针对氧化膜结构对其耐蚀性能的影响,利用扫描探针显微镜(SPM)对5052铝合金阳极氧化膜孔形进行了微观结构表征,采用电化学工作站测试了氧化膜的动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱,研究了不同阳极氧化工艺下5052铝合金阳极氧化膜耐蚀性能随孔形的变化规律。结果表明:具有底部圆滑开阔孔形的阳极氧化膜有较好的耐蚀性能,而底部不规则孔形对应的阳极氧化膜耐蚀性能最差。 Aiming at the influences of structure of anodic oxidation film on corrosion resistance, the microstructure of the pores on the anodic oxidation film produced on 5052 aluminum alloy was observed by SPM. The electrochemical workstation was used to test the Tafel curves and Nyquist graphs. The results show that the corrosion resistance changes with the shape of the pores on the anodic oxidation film under different anodic oxidation processes. The anodic oxidation film with smooth shape and open bottom pores has the best corrosion resistance; and the anodic oxidation film with irregular pores has the worst corrosion resistance.
