摘要
通过宏微观形貌观察、金相检验、化学成分分析、压缩及硬度测试等方法,对某大型HDPE挤出机推力轴承盘断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:该推力轴承盘与轴承套圈挤压形成的压痕对推力轴承盘表面裂纹的萌生和疲劳断裂影响极大,推力轴承盘在接触疲劳应力的反复作用下,其表面多处萌生裂纹,逐渐形成多源疲劳,然后向内扩展,直至断裂。并提出了相关解决方法。
By macro-micro fracture morphology observation, metallographic analysis, chemical composition analysis, compression and hardness test, the failure causes of bearing thrust plate of large HDPE extruder were systemically investigated. The results show that the indentations which resulted by extrusion of beating thrust plate and bearing ring can greatly affect the burgeoning of surface crackle and early fatigue fracture. The bearing thrust plate is operated by contact fatigue stress again and again, the cracks appear in many places on the surface. The multiple-origin fatigue appears gradually, and then expands to inner up to fracture. The solution methods were put forward.
