介绍了正交试验的方法,通过正交试验设计,确定金相组织、硬度作为考核指标,明确评分细则,挑选影响因素、确定位级等,选用合适的正交表,安排试验方案,进行试验结果的计算与分析,最终进行结果验证几方面来优选活塞环调质热处理工艺。验证达到预期目标,可在生产中推广实施。
Introducing the orthogonal test method. Through the orthogonal experimental de- sign, determine the microstructure, hardness as the evaluation index, clear scoring rules, choose the influence factors, determine the level, select appropriate orthogonal table. Arrange the test plan, calculation and analysis of test results, the final results show several aspects to optimize the piston ring quenching and tempering heat treatment process. Verified to achieve the desired ob- jectives, can be implemented in production.
