自主研制电位仪在水下构件电位测量的应用

摘要 海洋平台的水下构件电位测量对其结构安全具有重要意义,直接影响油气田的生产安全及维保计划。基于STM32单片机,设计了自主电位仪的软硬件,以实现水下检测、水上显示和自动记录、处理、打印的功能,并解决在浑沌水环境进行电位测量的难点。该电位仪在涠洲11-4D平台水下检测中进行实海应用,应用结果表明,自主研制的电位仪完全满足水下结构物电位测量的要求,达到国际同类产品水平。 The underwater potential measurement is of great significance for structure safety of marine platform,It will affect the safety of production,maintenance and protection plan of the offshore oil and gas field.based on STM32 MCU,design the software and hardware of the self-research potential instrument,which implement underwater detection,remote display and automatically recording,processing,printing,and solve the difficulty of potential measurement in turbid situation.This instrument has been used in Wei-Zhou 11-4D platform underwater detection.The application result shows that the instrument satisfies the requirement of potential measurement completely,and reaches the international level of similar products.
