摘要
应用型本科院校培养的是实践动手能力强的应用型人才,而目前应用型本科思想政治理论课实践教学存在着思想认识不到位、组织实施缺乏长效机制、参与主体缺乏广泛性、教师组织实施缺乏专业性的问题,因此要在思想政治理论课实践教学上重塑理念、建立机制、搭建平台、加强培训,才能提升其育人的效果。
Application-oriented institutions are to cultivate the applied talents with strong practical ability. The problems currently exist in the practical teaching of Ideological and Political course are as follows： understanding does not reach the designated position; organization and implementation are lack of long-term mechanism; main body of participation are lack of universality; teachers＇ organizing the implementation is lack of profession. So it is important to reshape the concept, set up platform, establish the mechanism, and strengthen training for improving the effect of personnel training..
