摘要
目的通过以信息化为载体的智能输液监视器临床应用来降低病区输液呼叫铃响频次,提高护理工作效率,减轻护士工作压力,提升患者满意度。方法通过现场数据收集及问卷调查的方式,对我科使用智能输液监控器前后病房呼叫铃响铃率及患者、护士的满意度进行调查。结果使用智能输液监控器以来,病房呼叫铃响铃率从原先的75.94%降到9.74%,患者满意度从70.33%提高到94.67%,护士的工作压力减轻,满意度从67.00%提高到94.00%。结论使用以信息化为载体的智能输液监视器能使病房呼叫铃响铃率降低,患者、护士的满意度提高,值得在各医院推广应用。
Objective The Application of smart transfusion monitor based on informatization could reduce inpatient transfusion rings and the nurses" work stress. Meanwhile, it could improve nursing service efficiency and patients" satisfaction. Method Conduct a satisfaction survey on patients and nurses and rings from wards by means of in-site data collection and questionnaire before and after the application of smart transfusion monitor. Results After the application of smart transfusion monitor, the rings dropped from 75.5% to 9.74% while patients" satisfaction increased from 70.33% to 94.67%. The work stress of nurses was reduced with the increase of satisfaction from 67.00% to 94.00%. Conclusion The application of smart transfusion monitor based on informatization could reduce inpatient transfusion rings and improve nurses and patients satisfaction, which is worth popularizing in other hospitals.
