摘要 文章结合贵州乌江沙沱水电站工程建基面上由于裂隙与倾向下游的岩层层面互相切割导致岩体整体松动的治理案例,详细阐述了预应力锚索在解决坝基深层抗滑稳定中的锚索设计方法、锚索布置方案、施工技术、施工流程及关键工艺参数。经分析可知与钢管桩和钢筋桩等处理措施相比,预应力锚索应用于坝基深层抗滑稳定中施工工程量少很多,同时能在最大限度上保证坝体的完整性,采用该技术能做到施工工序明确、施工质量有保证,工期更加独立可控,抗干扰性强,造价较传统措施要低30%~45%,总体经济效果明显。 The pre-stressed anchor cables which were effective in improving the stability of rock slopes and convenience construction. There is a crack which would cause the slip on the dam foundation in Shatuo hydropower station in Guizhou province. Based on analyzing the treatment to dealing with the crack, how to design and where to arrange the pre-stressed anchorage cables, the main technological parameters, construction technique, quality control and management are provided. A conclusion could be drawn through the paper that the adoption of pre-stressed anchor cable to reinforce the dam could improve the stress conditions in the dam body, enhance the integrity of dam, close the horizontal cracks and has the advantages of easy construction, construction period is independence from other factors, normal operation of power station. The cost of pre-stressed anchor cable was 30 % to 45 % less than traditional treatments so that it is one of effective and reliable methods of reinforcing dangerous dams which will be covered in the similar engineering.
