摘要
目的:探讨集体健康宣教在外科术前教育中的应用及效果评价。方法:选取2011年1月至2012年12月在我院胃肠外科行择期外科手术患者共750例,随机分为2组。实验组400例,采用多媒体在示教室进行术前集体健康宣教。对照组350例,采用随机宣教法:一对一随时宣教。结果:采取集体健康宣教的400例患者对宣教内容的掌握程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术前集体健康宣教能促进患者对围手术期知识的掌握,提高自我保健能力,缩短术后首次肛门排气的时间,有效促进术后的快速康复。同时提高患者对护理人员及医院的满意度,能有效节省医务人员的时间。
[ Objective] To explore the application and effectiveness of collective health propaganda and education in preoperative education. [ Method] 400 cases enrolled in gastyointestinal Surgery of our hospital from January 2011 December 2012 undergo- ing elective surgery were received collective health education before operation in conference room. 350 cases were selected as control group in the same period were educated with one - to - one education at any time randomly. [ Result ] The master de- gree of education content of 400 cases with collective health propaganda is deeper than that of conlrol group. [ Conclusion]Pre- operative health propaganda and education can promote collective command of peal - operative knowledge of patients, improve their health capacity, the first time shorten postoperative anal exhaust. This education can effectively promote rapid postoperative recovery and also improve patients' satisfaction with nursing staff and hospital and save time
