摘要
合成N-十二烷基-β-氨基丙酸甲酯、N-辛烷基-β-氨基丙酸甲酯、N-十二烷基-13-氨基甲基丙酸甲酯和N-辛烷基-β-氨基甲基丙酸甲酯4种氨基酯基型两性捕收剂。研究了4种浮选捕收剂对钾长石和石英的浮选性能和作用机理。试验表明,在pH为5.0~6.0的弱酸性范围内,N-十二烷基-β-氨基甲基丙酸甲酯用量为180mg/L的条件下,石英的浮选回收率可达到100%,用量为35.7mg/L时,石英比钾长石的回收率高出近50%以上。氨基酯基型两性捕收剂使钾长石、石英的Zeta电位朝较小负值的方向变化。随着捕收剂的碳链增长和支链基团的引入,合成药剂对石英矿物捕收性能增强。
Synthetise four amino ester-based amphoteric collector of N-dodecyl-β-amino propionic acid methyl ester, N-octyl-β-amino propionic acid methyl ester, N-dodecyl-β-amino-methyl-propionic acid methyl ester and N-octyl-β-amino-methyl-propionic acid methyl ester. Research collector on flotation behaviour and Mechanism of K-feldspar and quartz. Tests showed that in the weakly acidic range of pH 5. 0 to 6.0, and under the conditions of the 180 mg/L dosage of N-dodecyl-β-amino-methyl-propionic acid methyl ester, recovery rate of quartz flotation can reach 100%, and under the conditions of the 35.7 mg/ L, the recovery rate of quartz nearly 50% higher than K-feldspar. Amino ester gender-based collector makes Zeta potential of K-feldspar and quartz toward smaller negative change. With the introduction of carbon chain and branched groups of the collector, collector performance of the compounding pharmaceutical enhance on quartz.
